• 1 oz Old Hampshire Applejack
  • 3 oz Unsweetened iced tea
  • .25 oz Cane syrup
  • 2 Lemon wedges
  • 2 Mint leaves

In a shaker, muddle the lemon wedges and mint leaves. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
