WHISKEY SWEET TEA
- 1 oz Old Hampshire Applejack
- 3 oz Unsweetened iced tea
- .25 oz Cane syrup
- 2 Lemon wedges
- 2 Mint leaves
We take our blend of 100% New Hampshire apples pressed in Concord, NH and ferment it with wine yeast before distilling it twice in a traditional alembic still.
Finally, it is rested in charred barrels for its distinctive caramel color and whiskey-like notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove.
The result is a true taste of Old Hampshire past and New Hampshire present.
